Who We Are:
RidgeShark was co-founded by Gianni Gentilini and Austin Sertway, and it was built out of a pretty simple frustration.
Contractors kept getting burned by marketing agencies that treated them like any other client. The agency would run the same Facebook template campaign they ran for the chiropractor down the street, send a glossy PDF at the end of the month, and call it done.
The contractor had no idea if it was working. The agency didn't really care. And the leads (when they came at all) were shared, expensive, and competed over.
We knew there was a better way. Campaigns built specifically for the trades. Reporting that actually made sense. A team small enough that you'd always talk to the person who built your campaign.
So we built it ourselves.

1. Small is better.
We could take on 50 clients. We won't. We keep the client roster small so every account gets real attention. You're not a line item. You're a partner.
2. Transparency is non-negotiable.
You'll always know your spend, your leads, your cost per lead, and your revenue. If something isn't working, we tell you first. We don't hide behind vanity metrics.
3. Contractors are not a generic vertical.
A roofing campaign is not a dentist campaign. The cost per lead, the seasonality, the average job value, the buyer psychology — everything is different. We built our entire process around this.
4. Results are the only thing that matters.
We don't care how many impressions you got. We care how many jobs you booked.
